Faith, Hope and Enterprise is a registered charity, number 1167974, which provides supported housing for some of the most marginalised members of society.

The type of personal information we collect

The following table explains the types of data we collect and the legal basis on which this data is processed as well as examples of where we collect information indirectly from third parties or share your data with other organisations.

We will only use your data in a manner that is appropriate considering the basis on which that data was collected.

We do not share your data outside of the UK.

If you follow us on social media platforms such as Facebook, we may also collect information about you and people that you follow, or interact with, on social media. That kind of processing takes place on the basis set out in the privacy policies of the social media platforms in question, if you wish to change the way that your data is processed then you will need to change your settings on that platform.

Some data relies on your Consent such as sharing your DBS certificate with us.
Yes – we may receive information about you as part of our referencing process, for example your employment history and we will receive information from the Disclosure and Barring Service on your DBS certificateYes – we may share your basic personal details with any referees you provide as part of our referencing process, and with the Disclosure and Barring Service for your DBS check.
We will also share your details with HMRC for tax purposes and with our bank so that you can be paid.

How we store your personal information

We take the principles of data minimisation and removal seriously and have internal policies in place to ensure that we only ever ask for the minimum amount of data for the associated purpose and delete that data promptly once it is no longer required.

Where data processing is based on consent, you may revoke this consent at any time and we will make it as easy as possible for you to do this (for example by putting ‘unsubscribe’ links at the bottom of all our marketing emails).

You have the right to ask for rectification and/or deletion of your information. You have the right of access to your information.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner if you feel your rights have been infringed.
